SEEK works on a subscription based model; the idea is to make SEEK available at a cost which is lesser than the organizations spend on employees for tea/coffee or recreational activities. For example, at 4000 employees the cost per employee per year would be around INR 1000.
The App is focussed on implementation of concepts that are critical to drive the change and build culture. It does not replace the trainers but multiplies their impact!
Ideally, it is better if everyone in your organization could benefit from SEEK's reinforcement. If some are not enrolled in the program, this can create gaps that will slow change and culture-building. But you can start with one small group or department and expand from there.

SEEK is customisable with respect to organizational needs, the standard time would be around 6 to 8 weeks.
This time frame consists of three main stages where we Diagnose the problem through objective data obtained from a cross section of the population. Here, we determine organizational strengths and areas of development, Identify environmental factors that determine change and growth and provide data to create buy-in for process.
We then move to Customisation based on data gathered from the diagnosis, SEEK enables customization at all levels of the experience. The integration process aligns organizational policies and processes for smoother implementation.
We then move to Implementation where the app is installed across the user base and the progress is tracked. SEEK is committed to provide technical support as and when the need arises by a team of knowledgeable experts.
The longevity of the program is typically 9 to 12 months, but the continuity entirely depends on Clients consent and will.
